VERIFICATION, PROJECT AND DEVELOPMENT

The detailed study carried out by VEDISA's technical team on the pathological processes manifested in the buildings, supported by the materials laboratory, allows us to establish, in a precise manner, the ideal restorations and rehabilitations, economically viable and respectful of the original project, fulfilling the expectations of our clients.

In new construction, thanks to the know-how of our professionals and the application of Lean Construction criteria, the reduction of superfluous costs is achieved while ensuring that the spirit and quality of the project is maintained.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our team assumes the management and coordination of all the agents involved in the building, including advice to the property.

PROJECT MONITORING
Competent in coordinating the variables of the different phases of the development of the real estate process: costs, deadlines, contracts, subsidies and financing.
Permanent monitoring of planning, economic criteria and the quality of materials and execution.

Laboratory

The Laboratory makes contact with a building or monument at the initial stage of the work, with the aim of establishing the guidelines for the rehabilitation or restoration intervention.

The detailed study of the building and its constituent materials allows the type and extent of the deterioration that affects them to be established and, therefore, the proposals for action and the control of their execution.

The Laboratory completes its work by establishing the guidelines for the correct maintenance of the intervention carried out.

The Laboratory's activity allows:

  • To establish the current state of the building.
  • Interaction.
  • Building-Materials-Forms of alteration.
  • Characterisation of materials: chemical-mineralogical, petrographic and physical-mechanical analysis.
  • Define the methodology for action. Pre-testing and new materials.
  • Controlling and monitoring work on site. On-site testing.
  • Design the maintenance and conservation plan after the intervention carried out.
